Colorado Workers Rights United Launched for the Worker Protection Act

A new coalition —Colorado Workers Rights United— was launched on November 19th! Composed of Colorado workers, union activists, business owners and grassroots organization leaders, we announced plans for the Worker Protection Act, a 2025 legislative bill to modernize Colorado’s labor law, expanding workers’ freedom to negotiate for better pay and workplace safety. Colorado workers should have the freedom to advocate for fair pay and safer workplaces, but outdated labor laws hold us back. The Worker Protection Act strengthens unions by modernizing these laws so workers are free to negotiate for safety and pay.
