The National Labor Relations Board has banned captive audience meetings nationwide. This is a huge win for labor! These meetings are a common union-busting tool. Employers will call these mandatory staff meetings to try to persuade workers out of unionizing. They might bring in managers, executives, or high-paid consultants to share anti-union talking points and fear monger against unionizing.
